Andrew is an accomplished commercial leader with a successful record of achievements across national/global organisations for private, publicly owned, not-for-profits, and other companies with charitable status. His preference is to work with SMEs and charities as they set up and scale. Andrew’s experience of founding an HR consultancy as well as a global mentor community programme (XSectorMentor) allows a unique insight to the challenges facing business as they scale. His generalist experience, latterly as Director of People at ICAS, and record of delivering change across sectors, professions and companies provides a breadth and depth of knowledge as both an HR professional and member of senior leadership teams. Highly skilled in tactical/strategic planning, value-added outcomes, and the delivery of complex projects with excellent customer service and many other areas of expertise, Andrew is proud to have extensive experience in creating/facilitating organisations where people would want to work.

Andrew’s areas of expertise are leadership and line management development, transformational change, project delivery and employment law. His experience is supported by an MSc in HRM and he is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
