Beth is an accomplished HR/Talent management professional with a successful delivery record across SME, public sector and national organisations. Prior to becoming freelance, Beth was Recruitment Manager for NHS24, implementing and managing the national recruitment for NHS 24 from start up to full-service rollout. A robust record of delivering solutions, Beth focuses on developing people, leading business improvement, introducing new processes, resourcing, communications and building workforce capabilities, often within politically sensitive contexts. She is highly competent in the design and implementation of bespoke recruitment and selection solutions including  assessment centre design, management and delivery. Beth also delivers a wide range of training solutions relating to selection, performance management, interview skills, and assessment centre awareness as well as career management and outplacement solutions for those transitioning in the workplace via redundancy or restructure.
