Elaine Leitch

Elaine was a partner in an Edinburgh-based law firm prior to setting up her own consultancy.  She has extensive experience of providing high quality HR consultancy and legal support to SMEs across Scotland, working hand in hand with clients to offer a combination of employment law expertise and practical solutions to HR and people management issues. 

Elaine has been personally involved in overseeing disciplinary investigations as well as providing valuable support to HR professionals to help guide them through complex disciplinary and grievance issues. Elaine has provided numerous businesses, both large and small, with advice and support on the implications and application of TUPE, as well as redundancy consultation and restructuring. She also has sound experience of Tribunal work, with an excellent success rate.
